Our commitment to creative futures
At Oakwood, we've been committed to offering graduate placement schemes for nearly 30 years. We are passionate about helping new talent bridge the gap between education and vocation.
We've all been there: bright-eyed students excited to enter the wide world of professional life, but not knowing what to expect. For many years now, Oakwood has provided work placement opportunities for students at all stages of their education in order to give them a taste of agency life.
This year we're continuing this mission of collaborative learning by partnering with the University of Gloucester to host the next generation of creative talent.
Internship programme partnerships:

Support for National Interview Month
As part of our education to vocation programme, our CEO Neil Sims and one of our Creative Directors Paul Ellis have signed-up to be volunteer interviewers for the National Interview Month initiative, supported by YourGamePlan, Equitas and ACCA.
The scheme offers thousands of students a 1-2-1 virtual interview with an industry professional who then gives tailored, proactive feedback.
During the month of February, we conducted online interviews with students in secondary school to help them build confidence and to prepare them for future employment.
NIM is expected to generate over £1 million in social value for state-educated students.
